OO Training and Certifications levels include:

• Optimization Leadership – designed to educate and support leaders in the Organizational Optimization deployment within the organization. The course is the capstone for leadership and will prepare leaders to actively engage and collaborate across the organization to achieve optimization.
• Optimization Alignment Specialist – introduces the skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate process improvement activities required to close the observed assessment gaps and improve the optimization efforts.
• Optimization Awareness – provides a high-level review of the optimization framework, the guiding tenants, and the roles required to attain optimization across the organization.
• Optimization Architect – this course is the workhorse of the Optimization methodology. The architects build and align communication conduits from strategy to all employees and business factors. This is a design function to ensure that the interdependencies across an organization are in lockstep in achieving the organization’s strategy.
• Optimization Master Architect – this course develops detailed skills and competencies that align with executing the organization’s strategic plan in the most effective and efficient way possible. This position is critical to any organization’s successful optimization journey and deliver results that will surpass any executive’s expectations.
